Convention, Conferences, and Meetings A/V Services

Blue House Productions offers a variety of services for Conventions, Meetings, Conferences, Workshops, and Seminars including sound reinforcement, projection, audio and video recording, and CD/DVD duplication. We work with companies and organizations in the Washington DC, Maryland, and Virginia areas.

Sound Reinforcement

We provid sound systems and operators for events ranging from small conference rooms to ~1,500 seat convention halls. Our courteous, professional technicians are able to assist with any needs that you may have. Whether you need a single microphone and speaker, or are hosting a panel discussion in a large convention hall we can meet your needs.

Projection

Blue House Productions is equipped with a variety of high end projection equipment for power point, video presentations, and demonstrations. We provide setup, operators, and assistance throughout the event. We can also provide DVD players and computer systems to use in tandem with the projectors if you so require.

Recording

We offer audio and video recording services for meetings and conventions ranging from small meetings for transcription purposes to conventions suited for commercial DVD production. Our video crews use state of the art HD video cameras and excellent microphones for the highest quality productions. Plan on making copies of your conference footage? Our duplication department can help whether you need 10 or 10,000 copies. Our in-house designers can also help create a stunning package for your material. Ask about package price discounts when you use our recording or live sound services.
